The hotel's property is simply amazing, and it is located in a great area. the staff was really nice and attentive, making sure our stay was the best possible. it was great to have such a comfortable bed and a clean room, which were both huge pluses.

I have to admit that we had a bad experience with the hotel management. the towel in our room was so dirty, it seemed as if it had never been cleaned before.

My experience was ruined by the manager who was unprofessional and hostile. The condition of the towels provided was unacceptable, and when we brought it to his attention, he became aggressive instead of finding a solution.
